Tina Miller
Office Manager
tmiller@phc.team
(573) 777-1459 ext. 101
My name is Tina Miller. I am the Office Manager at Palmer’s Home Care. I have been with the agency since May of 2015. I am known as Miss T by my co-workers and am the “mother of the office.” In my current position I run our main office and support just about everybody in one way or another.
I graduated from high school in 1974 and have been in the administrative field my entire work life. I lived in Kansas City for over 30 years and moved to Columbia in 2005 to be closer to my mom. In the last 40 years, I have worked for a TV station, a global pharmaceutical company, a global water testing company, a global robotics company, was a legal secretary and worked in an NC machine shop making NC tapes for lathes and mills. Back then we used disks that were called floppies and were about 8” in diameter. That is where my love for computers and technology was started. I have never gotten tired of it. I love it all!
I absolutely love my job and the people I work with. I believe in treating others as you want to be treated. I believe, as my grandma told me, you will get more with sugar than vinegar. I also believe that happiness is sometimes a choice and I choose to be as happy as I can be. I am a huge animal lover and love all living things, particularly dogs. I have a beagle name Winnie and a basset-beagle mix named Neville.

Trish Meng
Degreed Professional Manager
tmeng@phc.team
(573) 777-1459 ext. 108
My name is Trish Meng. I have been a Degreed Professional Manager with Palmer’s Home Care for almost 6 years. I am originally from St. Louis but moved to Columbia in 2000 I have two 2-legged sons, Jack who is a recent graduate of MIZZOU and Sam who will be graduating from State Tech’s Welding program this year. In 2019 a 4-legged “son” joined the family. He is a Chocolate Lab named Tater and is basically a 90-pound toddler. He is into everything, all the time and keeps me on my toes and has made being an empty nester a little easier. If only I could have some of his energy!
I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. Early in my career I worked with the psychiatric population. After that I was a psychiatric group home manager for an agency in St. Louis. I became a case manager with the Department of Mental Health in St. Louis and for CMRO as a Support Coordinator. From there I moved to the “provider side” of things and after a short stint at another agency came to Palmer’s Home Care. I enjoy my job as a DPM because I get to know the individuals I work with, their families, as well as their staff.
I believe each person should be treated as an individual and the care and services they receive be tailored specifically to their needs. I am passionate about people receiving the best care possible and strive to ensure it is provided. I am happy to advocate for what my people need to live their best life according to what is important to them and help them achieve their dreams and goals. I love my job and the people I work with here at Palmer’s.
