If you have previously registered with the Family Care Safety Registry but your name or contact information has changed, please call (866) 422-6872 and provide them with your most current details. The FCSR regularly removes registrants if they are unable to reach them or if their name has changed, in which case we cannot pull a report from them.
You will need at least five years of verifiable work history. You will be asked to explain any gaps between jobs or periods of unemployment.
